I use the Service management Tool. I can't figure out how to set up the customer satisfaction survey. I did the following:
If I complete a ticket (set status to done), there is no survey sent, what am I missing?
Make sure you are creating the ticket as a "Customer". I don't believe, but haven't recently attempted, it will work as an agent.
I already created them from the perspective of the "Customer". It didn't work.
