When I created gadgets, the customer request type is not available as a selection. When I look at the field in Service Desk it says its locked and generated by Jira. I want to create a chart based on the customer request type.
unfortunately that is not available. there is an open suggesting for this and I recommend you vote/watch if interested - JSDSERVER-1914. For those interested there is a corresponding issue for cloud - JSDCLOUD-1914
