There's a "Share" field that auto populates the Organization within the form, however, when you click create and it takes you to the details of the issue it doesn't populate customer within the organization.
Customer clicks on share, the share window opens:

For customers to be able to share the ticket with other customers and organizations, please go to Project settings > Customer permissions > Who can customers share requests with? > "Any customer or organization, by searching this project. This option allows them to search all customers in the current project."
