We have recently started using an object schema to create a business service catalogue. I was wondering if there is a way of getting this to display on the customer portal to display the catalogue created. Currently I can only get view access by having a licence to JIRA service management, going into assets and selecting the business service catalogue schema we have created, but this requires a licence.
Any suggestions would be great!
Hi @Pete H !
I don't know if this is exactly the case but....
I have an Insight repository with an Items schema (for software, hardware, etc.
I created a custom field called Hardware Items
And configure this field to show some catalog items and some attributes.
Finally I placed the Hardware Items field in a Request Type exposed in the so Customers can choose some objects from catalog... like this:
Does it make sense?
Let me know it worked for you 😁
Cheers,
Hi Esteban,
Unfortunately not really what I am looking for, I'm looking for a way of displaying all of the assets not within a form for the user to create a ticket. Just a way of displaying them all in some kind of page the user can go to the portal and view to see all the services we have and who owns them ect.
Thank you though!
