Hi,

When searching for ticket using the Jira Service Management Customer Portal search option, I'm getting results from all my Service Management projects. Some of them are Test or Sandbox Service Management projects.

How can I exclude the test and sandbox projects from the search results?

If you could either provide the location in Jira, or provide a screenshot, that'd be great :)
