Is it possible to add documents to the customer portal so customers can access these?
We are a Managed Service provider and i would like to add all of our documents into the portal so new customers only have to sign up and can view all documents there, rather than having to send out manually each time.

Hi Dan, I can think of two options.
1) If you want them all kept in the portal, could you add them as Knowledge Base articles? Then they would have them and can search on them.
2) put them on a website somewhere (maybe your corporate page or something) then provide a link on the portal to this page. It's called 'Related resources' for your portal users. More information is here: Related Resources
