Hello,
we have troubles by connecting to Customer Portal. If i understood well, members of Service Desk Customer group should access Customer portal without any additional license.
Unfortunatelly only users within Serive Desk Team with assigned Service Desk license can access Customer Portal.
and users without any license cannot - even belonging to Service Desk Customer grou...
How to deal with such issue?

Could you check that the Browse Projects permission has the Service Desk Customer - Portal Access role.
