Customer Organisation Rules

Is it possible to create rule to automatically add a user with a specific email address ie. anything@joestyres.com to an organisation?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Jira out of the box doesn't support organization association with domain, however there are many apps on marketplace that can do that for you:

Tinker for JSD
Script runner

They provide tons of functionality and organization associations.

Give them a try, I am pretty sure you will love them.
