I have created an auotmation flow called " Escalation" were by if the change within the ticket is set to "escalate" the flow should then trigger to email the customer that their ticket has been escalated.
My question - Is it possible to standardise the same layout format from within " Send Email" -> "Content" section to match the same branded email format as customer notificaiton.?

Partly you could, you need to format the email action in the automation rule with HTML coding.
