Is it possible to create different forms for different customer groups?
A customer group, for example, can only see the request type that has been assigned to it, and so on. What can I do, for example, to allow customers to view and access specific request types?
You will have to purchase an external plugin. One that works is the extension for service desk by deviniti. I believe they have the option to display certain requests to specific groups.
