Custom portal

Hello,

We currently have several projects in Jira Service management and I'd like to know if it's possible to customize the portal for each project independently of the others?

The aim is to be able to modify the banner, logo and colors of each project individually.

Hi UMONS,

No, the overall Help Center where the Banner is applied and most of the look and feel is set for the entire instance. However, each project can have a separate logo and welcome message displayed.

As John previously mentioned, natively it's impossible to customize projects separately except setting up few element only. Nevertheless, if your requirements of customization are more advanced, there are many 3rd party apps which allow you to do so. One of such apps is for example Theme Extension for JSM.
