Custom field

Hi,

Does the Jira service management Trial come with the custom fields for choices:- Option buttons and check boxes and also a long description field?

Welcome to the community.  Yes, you can create custom fields (with your asked data types) via the Systems (gear wheel icon located at the upper right of the UI), then access the Issues >> Custom Fields section to setup your custom fields as the admins.

Option button (Jira/JSM will be Radio buttons data type - Single choice)

Checkboxes (Jira/JSM will also be Checkboxes data type - Multiple choices)

Long Description (Jira/JSM will be multi-lines text data type - One can use text only rendering format by default, or change it to Wiki style (RTF) rendering format)
