Custom field with LOV

Hello,

I have a custom field with a list of values (the field is set as 'Select List (single choice)')

I want one logged in agent to be able to see only a specific subset of these values, another one agent to see another subset of these values and so on.

Any ideas how?

The only feature I know like this is Field Contexts. But that will only allow you to define different options by project and issue type.

Actually I want to have different options per user, but for the same project and issue type, so I guess Field contexts does not apply in this case.
