Hi, I have a Jira Service Desk project, with configured "FTP" custom field in it. I also set default value for FTP custom field, but in Portal view created issues, appear with an empty FTP field. Btw, in regular Jira issue view FTP field appear with correct value.
Please help me to figure out what I've missed out in the Custom Field configuration?
