I created couple additional SLA to track the time in each status, these SLAs are not getting calculated and not showing up in the issue.
My workflow is as below
Start -> Inprogress -> DB provisioned -> DB Deprovisioned -> Resolved.
I want to calculate the time took to move to DB provisioned and time in the DB provisioned -> DB Deprovisioned .
There is no resolution set at these two states.
I am using servicedesk 3.4. server
Have you defined the Goals for these SLA?
E.G: what condition, what is the Target SLA and what calendar the defined SLA would follow?
