Our company needs to insert an NDA acknowledgment step into the workflow of adding customer accounts to our Servicedesk.
I'm wondering if adding a custom checkbox to the Set password form is possible. See the attached image below.
We have checked with our admin but only found options of customizing the banner and the logo.

From what is currently available in Jira Service Management Cloud, adding a custom checkbox directly to the Set password form does not seem to be supported.
That screen is part of Atlassian’s account/password flow, while the supported customization options are mainly around the help center / portal experience, such as branding, layout, banners, and related portal customization.
So your admin likely already found the available options correctly.
As a workaround, you could place the NDA acknowledgment in the portal, as an announcement/banner, or in the request form/workflow instead of the password screen.
