Custom Payload for Service Desk Cloud

My team recently performed a trial of Service Desk, and while working with webhooks, we noticed that a custom payload could not be used.  I was wondering if this was just a limitation in the trial version or if the cloud version of Service Desk does not allow custom payloads.

Hello Scott,

Currently, it's not possible to customize payloads on Jira Service Desk Cloud, this option is only available for Jira Server. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
