Hi,
We are trying to set a custom outgoing email address for customer notification in JSD.
Out organization is validated with GSuite and the domain we are attempting to use is associated with GSuite and Jira says it is verified.
However, when we try to update the Project Email Adress in the Notifications Scheme we get a "DKIM validation failed for this domain." error.
We have tried multiple other suggestions in the community, but nothing seems to be working. Any help would be appreciated.
