Custom Field - Secure Password Multiline not an option under Advanced

Came across YouTube video for password encryption advanced custom field 

Storing Passwords in Jira in a Secure Way - with Access Control, Mask and AES-256 Encryption - YouTube 

I do not see this as an option when I go through the steps to create a new field , did Jira get rid of this ability configuration ? 

Am I missing some steps to make this possible ?

This app is not available for Cloud:

Unfortunately, there is no password custom field type natively in Jira Service Management or Jira Software: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/custom-fields-types-in-company-managed-projects/
