Please can you explain a bit better what you'd like to achieve? So you have a ticket, are you saying you want the person who opened the ticket to be able to fill in dynamic fields in the form through the portal? And then you want to use these values in emails?
You should be able to send custom emails through automation with custom fields.
Do you have an example of the type of email you want to send so we can get a better idea?

No, this is not a ticket request. This is part of the new incident management within Jira (Old OpsGenie). It is the email template that is sent out to the stakeholders. Currently Jira gives you a set list of dynamic fields that you can input into the email template to draw from the incident, but there are only a few options to select from. I am looking to see if there is a way to enter in other custom fields to use into this template. Here is the list of the ones given to use. Thank you.
