Custom Comment Tab in activity section of Incident

How can i create a custom comment tab in the activity section like the mockup screen below shown in red (Note: I'm on Jira Service Desk Cloud)

Hi Anna,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The option that you mentioned would be a system field, so it's not possible to add new options or remove the current ones.

Just for us to better understand, can you please give us more details about what this tab would show?

Then we can check if there is a workaround or we can create a feature request suggesting this option.

It will be comment field. We need to keep it separate from 'internal note' and 'reply to customer' as we plan on integrating with a 3rd party tool so we need a clean way of sharing comments with the 3rd party without confusing service desk staff

Hi Anna,

I searched for a workaround or a solution for this, but it’s not possible to add another comment field on this screen.

Even if it had another comment field, the comment will show with the other types of comment, so maybe a workaround is to mention the necessary people when sharing this comment or add a default text for the agents to know that the comment is for the 3rd party people.
