Hi,
You can create custom approval emails in Jira using Automation rules or Notification schemes.
Usually teams trigger an email automatically when an issue status changes to Approved or when an approval is completed in Jira Service Management.
Using Automation gives more flexibility to customize the subject, content, recipients, and conditions compared to default notifications. Hope this helpss!
