Whenever we have to patch our Atlassian system, and reboot it, the crucible license reverts to our trial license. We then have to login and re-apply the updated license.
Anyone have a suggestion as to how to resolve this? All of our other Atlassian licenses work as expected, its just the Crucible license that always reverts to the trial license on reboot of the system.
System configuration:
Red Hat Linux v 7.6 (fully patched)
Crucible/Fisheye 4.7.0
