We want to use Jira Service Desk and we are going to buy 50 agents for this purpose. At first we thought to use Crowd to manage the authentication but We don't know if everyone that will create or approve a ticket will need a license for crowd. We are like 2000 in our organization and the price for this number of licenses of Crowd is USD 10,120.
We want to know if this is correct or we are just wrong.

If you want your customers to login using crowd SSO, then yes you would have to buy for 2000 users
