Hello,
I'm trying to create customers automatically without specifying the authorized domain name each time. I'm getting this error in my Jira Service Managment mailbox: Sorry, self-signup is disabled for this help center. You need to be invited first I followed the procedure in this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/error-message-in-jsm-incoming-email-logs-sorry-self-signup-is-disabled-for-this-help-center-you-need-to-be-invited-first-1189796797.html but I still get the error. In order for a customer with an external May address to be able to create a ticket, do they have to be part of one of the domains previously authorized during configuration?
Kind regards
I'm not aware that there are any additional restrictions available when it comes to the creation of new customer accounts.
If you've followed the steps in the linked article, can you confirm that customer access for External customers is checked? Particularly talking about "Allow portal-only accounts to be created for new customers accessing the help center". Regarding domains, if you don't want any restrictions on which domain can create new accounts, then the lower option should be unchecked as in the screenshot below.
Cheers,
Tom
