Hi guys,
I would like to create a Knowledge Base in Confluence. Not for internal use - but for our customers to access to learn about how to implement and use our technical products.
Is it possible to create a link to the KB that anyone, outside of my business can access?
Yes. That is one of the key features of JSD. You can check the documentation for details but it is pretty easy to setup. Go to the project in question and then project settings>knowledge base. Note that access is available via the portal not Confluence directly.
Hi Jack,
Appreciate the quick response!
Could you please link me to this specific documentation you're referring to?
I have already created a Knowledge Base "space" but can't work out how to link it to someone externally. I tried logging in via my personal (non-work) email account and I got a "you don't have permission" error message.

Did a quick search and found this article that might lead you in the right direction. If not simply search for KB setup.
