How do i automatically throught post function or through automation create an issue on a different JIRA Cloud instance, linking the issues between both instances?

This is not possible OOTB. There are addons for this, e.g. Backbone though I don’t have any experience with this personally. It is unclear if you will run into any issues given you are on the Free version.
