Creating a queue to captures phishing e-mails that are sent to the helpdesk

Hi all, 

 

Was wondering if anyone could help me, I have already placed a ticket with Jira but their response times can be slow at times. 

I was wondering if I could create a queue and set it up so that it captures incoming phishing emails that have a certain attached to it.

Hi @Justin Leslie 

  1. Do you have a list of keywords either present in subject (summary) or body (Description) of the email?
  2. Are all your requests coming into your queue via email or 
  3. Do you use a Customer Portal to accept requests? 
    The latter (3) would eliminate all your phishing problems forever. 

I think you could filter emails on the Summary field with a keyword search, I am not so sure on the Description field.
