I was wondering is it possible to have a Micro that get a request description from a customer and by submitting the request, send an email to a person in service?

Welcome to the community!

Can you please explain a bit more about your use case? Out of the box, JSM has a lot of different options for notifications and most of them can be customized to include the request description.
