Creating a Service Request using Python Jira API

Hi All,

I am trying to create a Jira Service Requesting using Python Jira API.

I have successfully created a Jira ticket through via the Service Desk Project. The problem that I am facing is that I cannot set the "customer request type" label as this field is not in the the normal Jira field.

It's true it's not a normal jira field.
