We've recently started using Jira Cloud Service Management to run our helpdesk. I am using the Teams and Outlook add-ins so that when users send a Teams or email message I can convert it to a helpdesk ticket. This creates the ticket with me as the reporter, but I can't add a reporter or request participant unless they have already registered for the system.
If a user raises a ticket either via our portal or by sending an email, they automatically become a user of the system and I can then raise a ticket on their behalf or change the Reporter or Request participants to include them.
All of our users are in our Azure AD/ O365 Tenancy. Is it possible to configure Jira to search Azure AD/Global Address List for users? Or to just enter a valid email addres?
