Create issue via email channel

When we create issues via email channel, it creates a task without any issues. 

But only half message is a description, a signature is added as an activity to it.

Is there is way to prevent it?

Yes, when you use the email channel it creates a request.

I am sorry, I do not understand the rest of the question.  "Without any issues" does not make sense, because a request cannot exist without a single underlying issue, which is always created too.

The second sentence in your question does not make any sense at all, I cannot work out what you might be describing.

And hence, I do not know what you are trying to prevent.

I meant technically there is no issue in the process of creating case or task, like, fail to create, etc..

when I send an email to create a task, one half of the message is added as a comment/response to the task.
