We need to make the portal display the "create issue" button on the top panel of all authorized users.
We think that it is necessary to customize the permissions scheme, the line with "create issue". But nothing comes out. We tried to specify the group, the role in the project, but nothing happened. The button does not appear.
But if you give permission to the group "Any one", then the button appears, but it becomes possible for anonymous users to create calls (we do not need this).
What permissions must be given to the "create issue" button appear on the portal?
PS:
We use the plugin "RefinedTheme for JIRA Service Desk" and the "create issue" button will be hidden and instead we will make a separate button, but with a link to the functionality of the "create issue" button (link).
That is, when you click on our button, the appeal form will open, as it would happen with the "create issue" button.
