Create a separate Customer portal URL in JIRA Service Desk Server

Hi,

I am following this KB : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-customize-customer-portal-url-in-jira-service-desk-server-847755218.html

To create a new URL for Customer Portal in Jira Service Desk, JSD Version is 3.15.3.

Whenever i restart the Jira service its stucks.

Just by removing the line :

<Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.rewrite.RewriteValve" />

from context.xml, the service starts working.
