I am working on a process to create a Jira issue in a backlog for a service request in JSD.  I started looking at the create constrained issue process here -  I began using https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/fragments/CreateConstrainedIssue.html as an example.  But I don't have the tools-menu-additional option for the what section should this go in.  So I am stuck right from the start.  Any suggestions for enabling that location?  Am I missing a step somewhere?

Never mind found the step I was missing where it said to create the new web section.
