i took out the default setting for create alert from the preset rules.
i would like to put it back. is there a document for preset rules.

What did you change to create an alert from preset rules? Notification scheme? You can always create a new project and have a look at defaults.
Looks like there are two automation.
one regular automation and one project automation.
Only automation has the urgent issue alert. so even if i create new project i dont see this preset rule
