i took out the default setting for create alert from the preset rules.

i would like to put it back. is there a document for preset rules.

Hello,

What did you change to create an alert from preset rules? Notification scheme? You can always create a new project and have a look at defaults.

Looks like there are two automation.

one regular automation and one project automation.

Only automation has the urgent issue alert. so even if i create new project i dont see this preset rule

regular automation for service desk and project automation for service desk.

it is the service desk  preset rule i changed. is there a documentation to see the original service desk automation rule.
