Create Alert after triggers more than X times

How to configure the alert condition to create Alert after triggers more than number of times within range of minutes ? 

Example:

I would like Opsgenie to create Alert after triggers more than 3 times from the Grafana monitoring error.

Hi @Valerie Knapp , Sorry for late reply. We working on Integration setting for the Incoming Rule for creating and processing alerts, trying if have condition suppressing until more than certain number of alert received, then it process the step of create alert.

Alert --> suppressed alert until more than certain number than triggering alert --> create alert incident
