We use Jira Service Desk (Server) up to 3 agents.
In my opinion, it supports unlimited customers who can create issue ticket.
However, when we set up the email incoming server, handler, and we test the handler. It keeps talking that 'couldn't create issue due to invalid license', and force us to make this customer a user with jira server license (which we have only 3 and should be reserved for ticket agent not customers)
Could you please help us to troubleshoot this? Thanks.
