Hi.
I tried to transit project to other project but I don't how I can do that.
Could you tell me how to immigrate project to other project?
To migrate your project to another project, you'll need to use the Bulk Operation wizard. First, select the requests you want to migrate and hit Next. Then, select Move Issues and hit Next. On the Select Projects and Issue Types screen, you'll need to select where the issues from your old project will go. Select a destination project and issue type, and hit Next. On the Map Status for Target Project screen, select a destination status for each status in your old project. On the final screen, click Confirm.
@中込 晴菜 If you are moving one project to another project on the same issue you would just move issues https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/move-a-request-to-another-service-project/ or you can bulk edit/ move issues https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/ after you create the same request types, fields, etc on the other project.
If you are trying to move a project from one instance to another instance you will need to follow these steps https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrate-projects-from-one-jira-cloud-site-to-another-779160766.html
