Costs by Service and Product for Hardware and Software

I am new to Jira and still learning the art of the possible, after using service now for the past 7 years.

Is it possible to report on

Cost by Service Type for Hardware and Software

Cost for Hardware and Software by Department

So we can understand the cost of the services we are delivering ?

Jira doesn't do this out of the box, but there are some add-ons in the Marketplace that might help.
