Cost/amount field

I have an field where we specify the price that the customer should pay for the request, when we have entered the amount in the field, then we sent it for his approval.

The problem is that we need to enter the amount in text and sent it as an comment.

Is there not another way that we can show this field to the approver ?

Hi @Thomas Bojer,

I'd recommend you the app Extension for Jira Service Desk (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview)

You will be able to hide customfields from the customers create screen and as soon as your agent enters the field value it will be shown in the service desk request aswell.
