Hello everyone, we are a IT-Service company which provides admin as as service to small to medium sized businesses.
To handle the support request we use jira, but we'd like to improve the usability for our customers.
Therefor we want to connect the MS azure AD to our Project in Jira. I found out that we need to purchase Atlassian Access to do so. I am now wondering how to correctly set everything up.
So we are company A who create the project in Jira for the service tickets of the customer (company b).
My first question is when I purchase atlassian access should I create a new organization (Company b) or should I use my Organization (Company A)?
Do you have maybe any other guides how to do this if 2 parties are involved into the process?
