I'm working on a new project and have it mostly configured. I have a single request group and a new issue type, workflow etc. On the Request types screen I'm getting "This service desk project has configuration problems and may not work as expected."
When I click on "View error details and repair the problem" nothing happens. I have tried this with IE 11 and FireFox 61.0.1 (64 bit) and have enabled pop-ups for my site URL.
Any idea how I can determine the issue it might be complaining about or to fix the unresponsive link?
Hi @Mark Plimley,
There is an open bug for not being able to view the error details :
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5173
As mentioned in ticket, can you try accessing it using the URL as below and see if you can identify the problem?
<JIRA_base_URL>/rest/servicedesk/1/servicedesk/{Project_Key_Goes_Here}/precondition
Thanks,
Swathi
Thank you for that answer. I tried that URL with our base URL and the project key. IE asked if I wanted to download or open. If I click open, it gives me "This file does not have a program associated with it..." That has me stumped.

OK, I got it to work with FireFox and can see the error details. Now the problem of understanding what it is trying to tell me ;-)
