Copying and Pasting from Jira to Excel

I was wondering if someone can help.  When I access my queue, I used to be able to copy and paste from Jira into excel and it would pretty much copy over the exact format.  Now, out of nowhere, whenever I do this, the information is not pasted into the format, but as a list under one column.  I have checked excel and I am not doing anything differently.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

@Celine Castleman, i can't say for sure what changed. I have never attempted to export this way before TBH. It may be that it was associated w/ the change to allow sorting but that was done about 6 weeks back. Cloud changes frequently especially where the UI is concerned. I would recommend the following:

1. Edit you queue
2. click on advanced
3. select the entire JQL
4. Cancel out of edit
5. Go to Search for issue
6. Advanced
7. Paste the JQL
8. Export to CSV via the box w/ down-arrow in upper right

if you do this often I would save the queues as filters so you can export more quickly. 

Finally, you can consider looking at addon apps depending on your needs.
