Hello. Such situation. It is necessary to track when a change is made in the field of the parent request and then transfer the data from this field to all child requests (same field).

It is possible with SIL Programming or another free way? JIRA Automation Lite don't support this.

I am a little bit lost on this question.  Requests do not have child requests.

Do you mean issues (the issue behind a request) and their sub-tasks?  If so, then yes, you should look at whatever you have coded that copies the data down to the sub-tasks and add logging to that.
