Can I control which customers an Agent has access to?  I may want Agent 1 to have access to Customer A and Customer C.  And I may want Agent 2 to have access to Customer B and Customer C.  Can I do this?

@Ken Roy, you control agent permission at the project level. If you were to configure your customers to projects, e.g. Customer org A is associated w/ Project A and Customer org B is associated w/ Project B then you could accomplish your goal. There may be other interesting configurations you could consider w/ Security but it would be messy if it even could be done to meet your needs.

If the above isn't the desired solution then please provide more details on your Use Case and I will contemplate other options.

Different projects isn't going to work as Customer C is shared.  I support a lot of customers and I work with subcontractors.  I don't want my subcontractors to have access to all of my customers when they only work with a few of them.

In that case please research issue Security to see if it can meet your needs. A good source - Configuring Issue-level security. That link is for Cloud, if on Server then select the version in upper right corner of that article.
