I have hidden some fields in the context fields on the request type for Next-gen. When I go to a ticket for that request type its still visible.
As you can see I don't want 'Priority' to show but you can see that its not hidden when viewed from agent end.
When agent views issue created. Priority is appearing. I thought if hidden it is only visible when you click on 'Show 2 more fields'

When we add a field under the "Hide fields below" it will only be hidden if it's empty, so the priority will show because it has a default value.
If the default priority is removed from the field in the project when creating a new issue, it will receive the default priority from the system, so the only way to not show priority is by removing the field from the screen.
