Contact Administrators

Hi,

Please suggest us how to get IP address or any other details who had sent the form to us via Contact Administrator Form.

Because we are having the list of email id who are not present of our company.

Or can we add custom validation on Contact Admin Form pages.

Please suggest us.

@Kalyan Kumar Das , as you are using jira server, you could edit the webpages in the backend and may be use an issue collector?

The issue collector is flexible in it's configuration whereas the "Contact Administrator form" is not:

For including IP I doubt there is a chance - there are even more basic Suggestions open to date which don't seem to have gotten any traction (yet), for example:
