is it possible to connect an instance of JIRA Service Desk to an external Office 365 shared mail box.
My client has an existing email support mailbox in their domain which they wish to keep. As a service provider we are providing 1st/2nd line support and use JIRA Service Desk to log our queries.
We want to automate the process of ticket creation based on emails coming in to the external client office 365 shared mail box, is that possible?
