Connecting GSuite - Does Atlassian send email notification to all users?

If I join my GSuite domain to Jira Service Management Cloud, does Atlassian immediately email all my users that their account has been activated/associated with my Jira Service Management?
I am testing with Jira Service Management and would hate to send a premature notification to my user community.
